Allen-Bradley PLC5-60's:
Experience with standard analog/discrete I/O cards as well as cards for DeviceNet, Foxboro Nodebus, and Modbus communication (BASIC module with PROSOFT software). Experience with DH+ transfers, radio telemetry, and remote rack extensions through remote I/O networks. Have used both AI5, RS5, and DeviceNet programming software

Allen-Bradley SLC500's (-2's, -3's, & -4's):
Have worked with DH+ networking, radio telemetry, and Modbus communication (using BASIC modules with PROSOFT software). Have used both AI500 and RS500 programming software.

Allen-Bradley Micrologix:
Have programmed with RS500 software

GE FANUC 90-70 & 90-30 Series PLC's:
Experience with standard analog/discrete I/O cards, LM90 programming software, and the entire Genius line of remote I/O modules.

DCS

Foxboro I/A Series DCS:
Have worked with two mirrored semi-redundant 51B Application Workstations, a redundant fault tolerant CP-30 pair, a fault tolerant Nodebus network with two nodes, six Allen-Bradley Station card stations, and four xterms (two standard Foxboro xterms and two NT stations using Hummingbird software).

138kV-13.8kV Substation
Worked with two paralleling 40MVA transformers (with automatic tap changers), a Mitsubishi SF6 138kV main breaker, four CAT 1500 kW, 4160V generators, and various GE 15kV ML-18 vacuum circuit breakers.

Ball and Sag Mill Motors and Drives
Experienced with four 7,000Hp 4kV synchronous motors (a sag mill having a pair derated to 6,000Hp due to its VFD), two pair of 3000Hp water cooled LCI's (for the sag), a 1000Hp soft start LCI (for two Ball Mill motors), various GE ML-17 5kV vacuum circuit breakers, and two 15MVA 13.8kV-4160V feed transformers

Various Asynchronous AC motors up to 1,000Hp in size
Various types of wire and cable up to 15kV and 350MCM
Various GE ground fault resistors on all 480V and 4160 volt systems
Numerous Allen-Bradley motor starters up to 700Hp in size
